1. Soak the prunes in hot water for 10 minutes to plump them up, then pat dry.
2. Remove any stones carefully.
3. Push a little almond or a pinch of feta into each prune.
4. Wrap half a rasher of bacon around each one.
5. Secure with a cocktail stick so they do not unwrap while cooking.
6. Bake on a lined tray at 200°C for 15-18 minutes, turning halfway, until the bacon is crisp.
