Sweet and Sour Pork

Description

1. Cube the pork loin, coat in flour and fry crisp in hot oil.

2. Dice the pepper and onion and fry in a little oil.

3. Add the diced pineapple.

4. Make a sweet and sour sauce from the ketchup, vinegar, sugar and a little water.

5. Toss in the fried pork and warm through. Serve with rice.

Tip: Stir the pork into the sauce just before serving so it stays crisp.

  • 50 dkg pork loin
  • 20 dkg pineapple
  • 1 db bell pepper
  • 1 fej onion
  • 3 ek. ketchup
  • 2 ek. vinegar
  • 2 ek. brown sugar
  • 3 ek. wheat flour
  • 2 dl cooking oil
  • isz. salt
