Description

The essence of wok cooking is extreme heat and speed - everything cooks in just a few minutes.

All vegetables are cut into similar-sized pieces before starting. The wok must be smoking hot before any food is added.

Vegetables are added in order of their cooking time - harder vegetables first, delicate ones last.
